Michaels

I have had multiple experiences with rude staff members making accusatory, and mocking comments towards me. I’d rather just order online than setting foot in this store again. It is outrageous that I have had THREE altercations with staff being rude. never had this happen at any other store ever.

I love love love this store. Yes you can definately get stuff cheaper at wal-mart but they have tons of stuff Wal mart does not have. If you do crafts like I do, you have to check this place out. They stay open late too so you can go after putting in a full day of work. 😁👍

My experience was excellent, I was looking for tulle for my daughter's prom dress. Kayla and another young lady that told us to layer the tulle helped us out alot. Had to go back to purchase more tulle that evening. Pam and Jayde helped me out making their customer service flawless. Thanks again ladies for helping us out.

Michaels is a great place to shop for art and craft supplies. They carry professional art materials, including individual colored pencils and alcohol markers, which I really appreciate. They also have a big selection of flowers and just about everything else you might need for crafting. The quality of their items is usually very good, and the staff is always friendly. The only downside is the bathrooms, which can be clean one day and not so great the next.

We went to a try me day at the store, and it's great. A great way to do a craft with your kids and we love that it's free, but since it was our first time going, I didn't know where it was being held. There were NO signs, and no arrows to pin people in the right direction and there were no employees on the floor to assist. We had to go wait in line to ask the cashier's and they didn't even fully understand what we were looking for or that the store was offering this. Better communication between employees & the store needs to inform employees & encourage them to be knowledgeable of what is going on. The idea of this is GREAT!! & The lady who helped and was in charge of the crafts was great! Sweet & kind with the kids, talkative, and great creative ideas! The stores need signs outside and better advertisement to inform parents. Also sending flyers to local schools of a calendar of events could help spread information.
